Miriam Boet

Founder & Director

Miriam is the founder of VHE project and PSC of VHE CIC. She graduated in International Politics, Department of Public Administration, from Kings College University in London in 2013 and has recently completed her MA in Philanthropic Studies at the School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research at the University of Canterbury. She also holds a CIM-endorsed Diploma in Event Management and Marketing, speaks Mandarin Chinese and Serbo-Croatian fluently, and is a certified yoga instructor. She has additionally completed a Level 3 qualification in Child Psychology, strengthening her understanding of child development and wellbeing. Always heartily committed to an ethos of natural and social harmony, Miriam is convinced of the importance of a proactive contribution to building a healthy school environment as the foundation to a healthy society. By founding the NGO Ecobiom in Montenegro in 2010, she completed another Specialist Diploma course in Bioregulatory Medicine. Miriam has held a managerial position and actively contributed to research and educational material at the Biomedic Foundation.

Ruxandra Zaharia

Director & Psychology Specialist

Ruxandra is a dedicated and compassionate professional in the field of psychology. She earned her MSc in Clinical Psychology, specialising in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, from the University of Bucharest in 2016. Currently, she is furthering her education in psychotherapy at Regent's University, focusing on the Existential Pathway. Her extensive training includes a module in Neuroscience from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and a psycho-pedagogical module from the University of Bucharest. This diverse educational background has equipped her with the skills to effectively work with children with severe disabilities in a day care centre setting. Ruxandra balances her time between her private counselling practice and volunteering at child daycare centres. She has been volunteering since the age of 12, leading children's groups, which she continues today. Her work, combined with her deep passion for understanding human behaviour, has fostered a profound curiosity and joy in working with children. Ruxandra is committed to supporting children in their early years, helping them develop a strong mindset and resources essential for their growth and development.

Dr Tatyana Bosh M.D.

Health & Medical Advisor

Dr Bosh graduated in 1986 from the Medical University in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She co-founded and practices a new form of integrative medicine, known worldwide as Bioregulatory Medicine. Dr Bosh formulated Bioregulatory Medicine in London during the period between 1990 and 2020, devoting over 25 years of her pioneering work to refine the bioregulatory medical approach in theory and clinical practice. Being an internationally recognised speaker, Dr Bosh runs courses and seminars on Bioregulatory Medicine for medical practitioners and alternative therapists all over the world. In 1994 Dr Bosh co-established a bioregulatory clinic at the Biomedic Centre in central London, and the Biomedic Foundation — a registered medical charity (No 1052734) for research and education in Bioregulatory Medicine. The foundation soon incorporated national and international academies and societies for Bioregulatory Medicine, as well as the International Society for Bioregulatory Medicine. In 2000 Dr Bosh was awarded the Millennium Award for treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with her authentic method known as Bioregulatory Psychosomatic Bodywork, for which she was granted a lifetime Millennium Awards Fellowship.

Dajana Skoric

Marketing Project Manager

Dajana is an experienced design professional and project lead with a strong foundation in human-centred and wellbeing-driven design. She earned her First-Class Honours BA in Interior Architecture from the University of Westminster in 2015. She has worked in interior architecture and interior design as a dedicated practitioner since 2014, whose work prioritises biophilic principles, sustainability, and the wider impact of design on human and planetary wellbeing. In 2021, Dajana became a certified WELL AP through the International WELL Building Institute, deepening her expertise in evidence-based frameworks that advance health and wellness within the built environment. This qualification underpins her commitment to integrating health-focused strategy into design, processes and organisational planning. Dajana brings extensive project and team management experience to VHE, having delivered projects of diverse scope, from modest to multi-million-pound budgets. Her professional background includes managing timelines, budgets and multidisciplinary teams. Dajana applies this strategic and operational skillset to marketing, project coordination and cross-team workflow, supporting the development, refinement and delivery of VHE’s applied health-building programmes.

Federica is a passionate and hard-working social assistant committed to helping people overcome difficulties and achieve their full potential. She holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Social Work from the University of Turin, Italy, completed in 2017. In 2022, she furthered her expertise by acquiring a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism (RQF) and a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Special Education Needs and Disabilities. Federica enjoys participating as a friendly play partner in a school for children with disabilities. She remains actively engaged and has proved herself in following clear instructions required during unstable times and has proved herself in working closely with healthcare professionals. She is committed to quality and integrity in the work field and strives to be the best in all her endeavours.

Nelab's passion for working with children has driven her career since the age of 18. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and extensive experience through countless workshops, trainings, and courses, she has honed her skills in various educational settings. Her expertise includes working with children with special needs, teaching preschool, leading after-school programs, and working in nurseries. Nelab loves guiding and teaching young minds, finding immense joy in brightening a child's day and witnessing their excitement as they learn new things. For Nelab, working with children is not just a job; it is her passion. Over the past nine years, she has found her work with children to be incredibly rewarding and looks forward to continuing in this field for many more years to come.

Enna graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Biological Sciences in 2021. During her studies, she designed her research project in the field of environmental communication, focusing on pro-environmental behaviour uptake in young people. Since then she has worked in biodiversity research in Spain and now is working on projects aiming to get people to meaningfully engage with nature and importantly how it goes together to bringing a protective effect. She is passionate about the natural world and particularly the way people interact with it, and hopes future generations will have greater focus on it in every facet of life.
